What's the minimum order?
Twelve shirts for screen printing. Below twelve we can still help using direct-to-garment printing, priced per shirt — just ask in the form.
Can you invoice our unit, and do you have a W-9?
Yes to both. We send a formal quote for approval before anything prints, then an itemized invoice you can submit for reimbursement. A W-9 is available on request, and we'll handle a tax-exempt purchase when your organization provides its certificate.
How do we collect everyone's sizes?
Two options. We send a free shared size-collection sheet that totals sizes for you, or we open a private online store just for your group — everyone picks their own size, pays their own way, and we print exactly what was ordered. No one has to front the money or chase people down.
Can we use the Church's logo or name?
No — official logos, symbols, and names of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are protected, and we won't put your group in an awkward spot. What we do instead is design original art around your theme, your scripture, your ward or stake name, and your event. That's usually better anyway: it's yours, and nobody else has it.
How fast can you go if our event is close?
Standard production is 7–10 business days after you approve the proof, plus transit. Rush production in about 5 business days adds 15%. Tell us your in-hand date in the form and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it before you commit.
Can leaders have a different shirt color?
Yes, and it's free — same design, second t-shirt color. Trek and camp groups do this constantly so leaders are easy to spot.
Do youth sizes cost more?
No. Youth XS through youth XL are the same price as adult sizes. Adult 2XL and up add $2 per shirt, which is the blank cost.
Can you ship to more than one address?
Yes. For stake orders we box and label each ward separately and ship to whoever you designate, at cost. It saves a lot of parking-lot sorting.
What if we want to reorder later?
We keep your art on file. Reorders skip the design step entirely — send a quantity and we print, at the price tier of the reorder quantity.
What if the design isn't right?
You get revisions until your committee is happy, before you pay anything. We don't print until you approve the proof in writing.
