Terms of service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of weakthings.com and any purchase from WEAK THINGS (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Shipping policy, Refund policy, and Privacy policy are part of these Terms.
1. Using our site
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you order, contact us, or submit a form. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Products, pricing, and availability
We try to show products, colors, and prices accurately, but screens display color differently and slight variation between images and finished shirts is normal. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or an order can’t be fulfilled. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout, and you agree that the payment information you provide is valid and yours to use.
4. Custom group orders
• Your content. You confirm you have the right to use any names, logos, photos, or artwork you provide, and that using them doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights. We may decline designs that use trademarked or copyrighted material, including official logos of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
• Proof approval. Production begins after you approve the final proof. Spelling, sizes, quantities, and other details on the approved proof are your responsibility.
• Pricing. Group-order prices are confirmed in your written quote. Adding graphics to the back or sides adds $3 per shirt.
5. Free Shirt idea submissions
When you submit a shirt idea through our Free Shirt page, you confirm the idea is your own original work and grant WEAK THINGS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, adapt, modify, and sell products based on it. We are not required to use any idea. If we print a design based on your idea, we’ll send you one free shirt of that design (U.S. addresses only) and, if you choose, credit you by name. Ideas similar to designs already in progress or previously submitted by someone else don’t qualify. This is not a contest or sweepstakes, and no purchase is necessary.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text, graphics, and other content on this site belong to WEAK THINGS or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell our designs without written permission. WEAK THINGS is an independent brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEAK THINGS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they’re posted on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
