At the Summit of the Ages
President Gordon B. Hinckley
President of the Church
Surveying two millennia since Christ, President Hinckley testifies that history pointed to the Restoration, the summit of the ages.
“It is only two millennia since the Savior walked the earth.”
“No other act in all of human history compares with it.”
“A cloud of darkness settled over the earth.”
“A new day had dawned, a glorious day.”
