Christ—Author and Finisher of Our Faith
Elder Eduardo F. Ortega
Of the Seventy
Heritage helps, but discipleship requires each person's own decision to seek a testimony and press forward steadfastly with Christ.
“always begins with a personal decision”
“I needed to know for myself”
“press forward with a steadfastness in Christ”
“the empty tomb is a symbol of His victory”
“He is the author and the finisher of our faith”
Scriptures
2 Nephi 31:20; Matthew 16:17; Moroni 6:4
