Growing into the Priesthood
Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin
Of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles
As a boy grows into big shoes, young men grow into the priesthood by trusting God, keeping commandments and following Christ.
“Be grateful for what you have, Joseph”
“Don't worry; you'll grow into them.”
“Would I ever be big enough to fill his shoes?”
“You can trust Him.”
“They are exercises that create character and sanctify souls.”
