Sketch note of Joseph, the Seer by Elder Neal A. Maxwell

October 1983 · Sunday Morning

Joseph, the Seer

Elder Neal A. Maxwell
Of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles

Joseph Smith was divinely called as a seer; though not perfect, he was loving, merciful and instrumental in bringing forth the Lord's work.

“Joseph was remarkable, but, much more importantly, he was instrumental!”
“Joseph loved the work to which he had been called.”
“And he loved his associates!”
“Joseph was filled with mercy”
“I thank the Father for providing such a seer!”
