Opposition in All Things
Elder Dallin H. Oaks
Of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles
Opposition is essential to the Father's plan: it makes agency and growth possible, and God consecrates our afflictions for our gain.
“there is an opposition in all things”
“men are, that they might have joy”
“but He did make it possible.”
“all these things shall give thee experience”
“questions are honored but opposition is not”
“know them by their fruits”
