Prepare for the Days of Tribulation
President Ezra Taft Benson
Of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles
President Benson urged self-reliance through avoiding debt, home gardens, and a year's food storage, recalling hunger and faith in postwar Europe.
“Work alone produces life's necessities.”
“There is more salvation and security in wheat”
“Make your storage a part of your budget.”
“do it now.”
