Prepare Ye
Elder Ezra Taft Benson
Of the Council of the Twelve
Heed prophetic counsel to prepare spiritually and temporally: live righteously, store food and water, avoid debt, and work.
“if ye are prepared ye shall not fear.”
“Prophecy is but history in reverse”
“Let us avoid debt as we would avoid a plague”
“you cannot eat money”
“There is more salvation and security in wheat”
