The Blessing of Scripture
Elder D. Todd Christofferson
Of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles
Elder Christofferson honors those like Tyndale who gave us scripture and teaches that scriptures enlarge memory, reveal truth, and bring us to Christ.
“Lord! open the king of England's eyes”
“We owe them all a great debt of gratitude.”
“His commandments are the voice of reality”
“faith matures as we continue to feast upon the word”
“Scriptures are revelation, and they will bring added revelation.”
Scriptures
Alma 37:8; Alma 32:27–43; 2 Nephi 32:3; John 17:3
