The Doctrine of the Priesthood

Elder Bruce R. McConkie
Of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles

Priesthood is God's power, obtained by covenant and exercised through faith and righteousness, leading to eternal life.

“Priesthood is power like none other on earth or in heaven.”
“Faith and priesthood go hand in hand.”
“Both of these priesthoods are given by covenant.”
“power to do all things!”
