The Law of the Fast
Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

Living the law of the fast with prayer and a generous offering draws us to God and blesses the poor.
“Without prayer, fasting is not complete fasting; it's simply going hungry.”
“When we fast, brethren and sisters, we feel hunger.”

“a generous fast offering”
