The Refiner’s Fire
Elder James E. Faust
Of the Council of the Twelve
Elder Faust taught that adversity, like a refiner's fire, can purify and make us more like God when borne with faith.
“I speak of the refiner's fire.”
“This trial of faith can become a priceless experience.”
“Neither then nor any minute of my life since.”
“He wants them to become more like himself.”
