Wherefore, Settle This in Your Hearts
Elder Larry W. Gibbons
Of the Seventy
Elder Gibbons urges full commitment to all the commandments—not an 80:20 compromise—living a celestial standard rather than one foot in the world.
“Wherefore, settle this in your hearts”
“one foot in the Church and one foot in the world”
“no man can serve two masters”
“let's sell that summer cottage in Babylon”
“Stay out of the devil's territory.”
Scriptures
Joseph Smith Translation, Luke 14:28; Matthew 6:24; Matthew 5:13; D&C 88:22
