Family School Renewal and Refunds

Line upon Line Family School is a yearly plan. Here is exactly how renewal, cancellation and refunds work.

Prices

Family Digital: $129 a year, one price for your whole family, every child K–8.
Family Print: $249 a year. Everything in Family Digital, plus full-color printed Parent Guides for both terms, shipped to your door.

Your plan renews automatically once a year on the date you joined, at the price shown when you joined unless we email you about a change first.
We email you 14 days before each renewal. Shopify also sends a payment reminder 3 days before the charge.
You can cancel any time before your renewal date from your account, or by emailing hello@weakthings.com.
If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the year you already paid for.

First purchase: email hello@weakthings.com within 14 days of your first purchase, with your order number or purchase email, for a full refund to your original payment. No reason needed. A refund ends access to the member weeks.
Renewals: renewals aren’t refunded once they’re charged. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Printed books: printed books aren’t returnable. If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo when it arrives and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
