Cancellation policy

Small & Simple Plus memberships. Small & Simple Plus: The Full Year is a yearly membership. You're charged $49 when you join and $49 again on the same date each year until you cancel. There are no cancellation fees.

How to cancel. Log in to your account at weakthings.com, open your subscription and choose Cancel. Or email hello@weakthings.com from the email you used to buy, or with your order number, and we'll cancel it for you.

What happens when you cancel. You won't be charged again, and you keep full access through the end of the year you've already paid for. After that date, member-only weeks lock. Anything you've printed is yours to keep. If you ask for a refund instead, access ends when the refund is issued.

Refunds. Our 30-day family promise: if Small & Simple Plus isn't helping your family, email hello@weakthings.com within 30 days of any charge, your first year or a yearly renewal, and we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method. One refund per household. See our refund policy for details.

Gifts. Small & Simple Plus: Gift a Year is a one-time purchase for one year. It doesn't renew, so there's nothing to cancel. The buyer can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
