1 Timothy 4 Be thou an example of the believers

Paul warns of a coming departure from the faith. He counsels Timothy to exercise himself in godliness, not to let anyone despise his youth, and to be an example of the believers. He should give attention to reading and not neglect his gift.

1 Timothy 4

  1. Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; (4 connected talks)
