“Reach with a Rescuing Hand”

President Gordon B. Hinckley
President of the Church

Remembering the handcart rescue, President Hinckley asks members to reach out and lift those in desperate need.

“Stories of their rescue need to be repeated again and again.”
“They need friendly hands reaching out to them.”
“I hope that we will long remember what we have heard.”
