The Symbol of Christ
Elder Gordon B. Hinckley
Of the Council of the Twelve
Elder Hinckley explained that because the Savior lives, the lives of His followers must be the symbol of their faith in the living Christ.
“what is the symbol of your religion?”
“the symbol of our worship”
“he is risen, as he said”
“From the tomb he emerged the living Christ.”
“My Lord and my God!”
“I know that my Redeemer lives”
