“Upon This Rock”
Elder Bruce R. McConkie
Of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles
Elder McConkie taught that the rock upon which Christ builds His Church is personal revelation of His divinity.
“Never man spake as he did.”
“Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona.”
“Revelation: Pure, perfect, personal revelation—this is the rock!”
“God stands revealed or he remains forever unknown.”
“Let every man speak for himself!”
Scriptures
