The Moving of the Water
Elder Boyd K. Packer
Of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles
Elder Packer comforted families of the handicapped: afflictions are not punishment, and every body and mind will be restored to perfect frame.
“Afflictions come to the innocent.”
“She's under there someplace.”
“That day of healing will come.”
“And you perfect yourselves in the process.”
